Design is an art of applied form, function and aesthetic to achieve a specific goal. Good design should provide a unique solution to that goal and not represent the 'style' of a specific designer. Production is the technical execution of a design to its final form whether it is a printed page, the web or another media. It is an artform itself in application across product lines with acute attention to detail.
